Occupancy Limits: Occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated in the listing description. Babies under the age of two are not included in this count. No Parties or Large Gatherings: Parties, gatherings, or noise violations are strictly prohibited. Violations, such as hosting unapproved guests, trashing the space, or damaging the property, will result in a fine and immediate eviction. Noise must be kept to a minimum starting at 11:00 PM. Hot tub instruction to operate: The water is treated and maintained at 88F if unused for more that 24 hrs. You can simply push the up arrow to increase the temperature up to max of 104F. You can also start the whirlpool and light by pressing the respective push buttons. Keep the tub fully covered and locked when not using.

Very comfortable for our party of 10. Small beach that is walkable and a nice place to just chill at. Had all amenities listed and host was very responsive. Very easy check-in and Check out. The only thing wrong was that there was dog hair in the house so if you have dog related allergies definitely bring some allergy medicine.
