Occupancy Limits: Occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated in the listing description. Babies under the age of two are not included in this count. No Parties or Large Gatherings: Parties, gatherings, or noise violations are strictly prohibited. Violations, such as hosting unapproved guests, trashing the space, or damaging the property, will result in a fine and immediate eviction. Noise must be kept to a minimum starting at 11:00 PM. Hot tub instruction to operate: The water is treated and maintained at 88F if unused for more that 24 hrs. You can simply push the up arrow to increase the temperature up to max of 104F. You can also start the whirlpool and light by pressing the respective push buttons. Keep the tub fully covered and locked when not using.

We stayed for a Navy graduation, but unfortunately experienced several major inconveniences. Upon arrival, we smelled gas and immediately notified management. It took nearly 4 hours for maintenance to arrive and repair a leaking gas dryer connection. Our family had to change dinner plans, and two members stayed behind to ventilate the home. The basement bedroom couldn’t be used that night due to the lingering odor. While rooms were clean, beds, pillows, and couch were uncomfortable. Most kitchenware was dirty and required washing before use, and cookware was poor quality. Wi-Fi also malfunctioned our last night. Most disappointing was management’s response. Despite the serious safety concern and disruption, we felt our patience and understanding went unappreciated. When we requested a complimentary additional night, only a discount and $100 “good faith” credit was offered. We chose to stay elsewhere. Unexpected issues happen, but guest safety and how concerns are handled matter.

Very comfortable for our party of 10. Small beach that is walkable and a nice place to just chill at. Had all amenities listed and host was very responsive. Very easy check-in and Check out. The only thing wrong was that there was dog hair in the house so if you have dog related allergies definitely bring some allergy medicine.
